Registrants are advised to read the below registration information carefully before submission.

^ E-copy of your student ID card from your Institution is required to qualify for “Student Registration” fee.
*The payment of registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar.
Registration Entitlements
- All sessions on 6-7 December 2025
- Coffee breaks on 6-7 December 2025
- Complimentary lunch will be provided with limited quota on a first-come-first-served basis if lunch symposium is available on the conference day
Payment Method
Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by the following methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
- Bank Transfer (information will be provided upon successful registration)
- Alipay (information will be provided upon successful registration)
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation must be made in writing to info@hkuog100.org. If the written notification is received on or before 5 November 2025, 50% of the fees collected will be refunded and the refund will be made after the Conference. No refund will be made thereafter.
Registration Entitlements
- Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
- Each registrant should complete a separate ONLINE Registration Form.
- Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
- Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you could not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Secretariat at info@hkuog100.org
- The programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, the only and maximum liability of the Organiser is to refund all the fees paid.
- The decision of the Organiser shall be final and conclusive.
- The participant recognises and accepts that the Organiser of the HKUOG100 Conference collect, process and store personal data exclusively for processing registration to HKUOG100 as well as for general preparation work for the Conference.
- Registrants are responsible for their insurance against travel risk, injuries and loss of property.
- All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat.
